At Numidia Kingdom, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase.
If something is not right, we are here to assist you.
This policy is written clearly to ensure full transparency and compliance with UK Consumer Contract Regulations.
1. Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to notify us of your intention to return an item.
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging, with all seals and safety closures intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and biosecurity reasons, certain products cannot be returned unless they arrive faulty or incorrect.
A. Perishable Food Products
The following cannot be returned once opened:
- British honey
- Honey vinegar
- Bsissa
- Any other food items sold on our website
Opened food items can only be returned if they are defective or unsafe.
B. Live Animals – Final Sale
For legal, welfare, and biosecurity reasons, live bee livestock cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Honey bee nucleus colonies (nucs)
- Queen bees
Once collected or delivered, these items are considered Final Sale, except in rare cases of incorrect supply (e.g., wrong queen breed).
C. Custom or Special Orders
Products made to your specific requirements cannot be returned unless faulty.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items
Numidia Kingdom will:
- Cover all return shipping costs
- Replace or refund the item in full
Change-of-mind returns
For non-faulty items:
- The customer is responsible for return postage
- Shipping costs are non-refundable
- We recommend using a tracked courier service
We do not charge restocking fees.
5. How to Initiate a Return

Items sent back without authorisation may experience processing delays.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected:

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or any other applicable UK consumer legislation.
